Used Car Import Rules & Regulations in Zimbabwe

Right Hand Drive Vehicles

Importation of Right Hand Drive vehicle is allowed in Zimbabwe. Exception is provided in case of ambulance and fire engine.

Age Restriction

Maximum 10 Years old used vehicles can be imported to Zimbabwe. Commercial transportation vehicles such as tractors, haulage trucks, earth-moving equipment, and other specialized vehicles used in mining and construction work will be exempt from the age restrictions. Inspection

EAA Inspection is mandatory for the vehicles imported in Zimbabwe from 01st June 2022 onwards.
